TERMS OF SALE

SHIPPING: 

All sales FOB shipping point.  Customer fedex#.  All shipments insured for invoice value.  All discrepancies in shipment must be received by desert biologicals in writing within 7 working days from receipt of shipment.

PAYMENT: 

Upon approved credit, net 30 days.  Except for human products
which are net 15 days.

PRICE:

All prices quoted are good for a period of 30 days unless noted.

RETURNS: 

No return are accepted without the prior approval of Desert Biologicals.  Only unopened material will be excepted and a 20% restocking charge applies. No returns accepted for any reason 90 days after shipment.

HANDLING AND PACKAGING:

A  charge of $20.00 U.S. will be added to all orders for materials and handling.
